Amillati & Co
You were never meant to be just one thing.
Successful on paper. Restless underneath. That’s usually where this starts. Executive and transformation coaching for the leap you haven’t named yet, from someone who has made it.
“You’ve done what you set out to do. The title, the number, the outside markers. And still, a question you don’t quite say out loud: is this it?”
That’s not failure. In my experience it’s usually the start of the most interesting chapter, if you’re willing to look at it honestly.
Who I am
I coach the transition I’ve actually made.
I spent more than twenty years in global banking before I left. Not in crisis, but because “successful on paper” had stopped being enough.
What came next was a real reinvention: coaching, writing, community, and a training habit I still keep. I race, and my endurance is still a work in progress. I say that on purpose.
That’s the whole difference.
Body. Spirit. Mind.
The thread running under all of it
Body
What you do with the physical self. Training, food, rest, the discipline that holds everything else up.
Spirit
The part that asks why. Older than any of us, and worth deferring to rather than explaining away.
Mind
Clarity under pressure. Not optimisation, but the ability to hear your own thinking again.
How we work
Two ways in.
1:1 coaching
Private, unhurried work on what comes next.
Leadership, wellbeing, purpose, reinvention. Held together, not traded off against each other.
Small group
The Mirror Room.
Three or four peers over eight weeks who become your mirrors. Honest reflection, not a lecture from the front.
Neither is a programme with a guaranteed outcome. Both are a way of seeing more clearly.
One reinvention, start to finish
A real client story, beginning to end. Written and waiting, held back until she is happy to be named.
The work
One person, several rooms.
Coaching
The front door. One to one and small group, for people carrying a question they haven’t said out loud yet.
Consulting
Twenty years of commercial judgement brought to the problem rather than the personality. For teams and founders who need the other kind of help.
Writing
Essays on transition, practice, and the things worth deferring to. Published openly, written for one reader at a time.
Community & Charity
The work that isn’t billed. Rooms, causes and people worth putting time behind.
About
The longer version. Where this came from, what changed, and what I’m still working on.
Who this is for
You’d rather be challenged than flattered.
Successful by every external measure and quietly asking “what now?” You’d rather be challenged than flattered, and you’re ready to do the work rather than buy the answer.
And who it isn’t for
Rob’s answer still to come. This is the block that says who he turns away, and it does more work than any list of who he takes.
No countdown.
Nothing to buy today.
Just a conversation, to see whether this is right for you, and whether I’m the right person to walk beside you a while.
